Julius Mugo is an independent International Project Management Specialist with over 10 years of work experience in coordinating implementation of large and complex Projects (Project cycle management), partnership management, Field operations and team management (qualitative and quantitative research), projects data analysis, business development, training and coaching Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Business and Financial Management in Kenya and other African countries.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is a
Certified Public Accountant-CPA.
 
He has in-depth knowledge in project cycle management i.e. programme planning / designing, research and data collection, implementation, budgeting & expenditure control, projects risk management, effective documentation and result-based report writing.
 
He has expertise in programme development & management and research in various areas including Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Early Childhood Development, Maternal and Child Health.
