At KCS SACCO, we value our members and strive to provide seamless financial solutions. Below are the guidelines regarding account exits and dormancy reactivation:
Account Exit Process
Members who wish to exit the SACCO can do so by submitting a formal request.
Exits are processed within 60 working days from the date of request.
A 3% charge on deposits will be applied upon exit.
Dormancy & Account Reactivation
An account is considered dormant if there is no activity for three (3) consecutive months.
To reactivate a dormant account, a Ksh 500 reactivation fee will be charged.
