Account Exit Process

• Members who wish to exit the SACCO can do so by submitting a formal request.
• Exits are processed within 60 working days from the date of request.
• A 3% charge on deposits will be applied upon exit.

Dormancy & Account Reactivation

• An account is considered dormant if there is no activity for three (3) consecutive months.
• To reactivate a dormant account, a Ksh 500 reactivation fee will be charged.
